Thousands of jobless workers in Wisconsin will see their unemployment benefits end prematurely this month, as Congress beings phasing out the federal portion of the unemployment insurance program. The duration of jobless benefits available to unemployed workers in Wisconsin is set to shrink by more than a year during the course of 2012.
